Poly Development & Holdings engaged Sunshine Contracting Group to deliver their new head office in the newly constructed Poly Centre Building Located at 210 George St, Sydney. Sunshine Contracting Group took on the project as a complete turnkey design and construct to deliver an open plan, modern office space for Poly Development’s head office and a speculative fit-out/display suite for prospective tenants to the newly constructed building. As the first builder/contractor to work in the building, Sunshine worked closely with Watpac and CBRE to deliver a successful project. The scope included:
• Fit-out to be compliant with Poly Centre’s 5 Star NABERS Rating.
• Exposed Ceilings & Building Services
• Large Open Plan Work Area with Sit-to-Stand Workstations.
• An emphasis on collaborative workspaces and modern workplace amenities.
• Large Board Rooms, Meeting Room and Quiet Rooms & Large Executive Offices
• Motorised Perimeter Blinds integrated into building systems for energy efficiency.
• Custom Branding Designs to showcase the client’s achievements
• Speculative Fit-out with a pre-determined budget for prospective tenants.
• The fit-out of the common lobby.


Sunshine Contracting completed the fitout of all building services (Mechanical, Wet & Dry Fire, Electrical & Hydraulic Services) and all fit-out works including Joinery, FFE. As a complete D&C package, we were able to provide the client with an effortless transition to their new workplace.
